Responsibilities

As a Store Operational Crew member at Mie Gacoan, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining service quality, food hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Your work may rotate across various roles including cashier, waiter/waitress, kitchen helper, or cleaning staff, depending on the store’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and serve food according to company standards (if assigned in the kitchen).

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Manage cash register transactions and handle customer payments (if assigned as cashier).

Handle customer complaints or feedback politely and report to supervisor if needed.

Refill supplies and maintain inventory of utensils, condiments, and ingredients.

Support opening and closing duties of the store.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

General Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent (SMA/SMK).

Minimum age 18 years old.

Physically healthy and able to stand/work for long hours.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Flexible to work on shifts (morning/evening).

Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Service-oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Discipline, responsible, and team-oriented.

Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills (for cashier role).

Willing to follow company’s SOP and uphold Mie Gacoan’s brand values.

Preferred but not required:

Previous experience in F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Familiarity with food preparation or customer service roles.
