Responsibilities

The Floor Leader at Mie Gacoan is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the store crew during operational hours. You will ensure smooth restaurant operations, uphold service standards, and act as a bridge between the crew and the management team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support store crew in delivering excellent customer service.

Coordinate floor operations including seating, service flow, cleanliness, and customer handling.

Monitor crew performance and assist in training new team members.

Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hygiene, and safety standards.

Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Assist in daily opening and closing activities of the store.

Manage shift schedules and crew assignments efficiently.

Support inventory control and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Ensure the restaurant floor is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Collaborate with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure service efficiency.

General Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent (SMA/SMK); Diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage or retail operations.

Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills & Competencies:
